During the hypnotic state, you are in a state of calmness and receptivity. Your hypnotherapist communicates directly with your subconscious mind which is now at the forefront. It is only in the subconscious that true and lasting change can occur.

In subsequent sessions:
Each time you meet with your hypnotherapist you will begin by checking in and discussing any experiences or insights since your last session. Your feedback is extremely valuable in tailoring your weight loss hypnotherapy program specifically to you.
You and your hypnotherapist will evaluate your progress and then proceed with the hypnotherapy aspect of your session.
