N of I-25, 2 blocks west of University, between Mississippi and Tennessee. The building is a peachy-beige color, stucco-like. (It's an old strip mall connected to office buildings.) There is a brass plaque with the name Eastburn Hypnotherapy on it beside the front door.
Parking: there is 2-hour parking outside the front entrance (though it's often crowded). You can also park on most of the neighboring streets (if there is no parking, it is clearly marked). Wheelchair accessible. You can walk in the front door and the offices are a little ways in - on the right - there is a sign on the door. There is a waiting area right outside his office if he is in session. Restrooms are just down the hall.
